This is a photo of my risk assessment that I had to write out before I went and recorded my final major project.
The reason I had to write this out is so me and any crew members are aware of any health and safety issues and risks that may be present during filming. I must also write this so Richie and Scott can check that it is safe for me and anyone else with me to record.
